Standing alone from the bedroom wing, the lounge, dining and kitchen areas are housed in a superb high vaulted ceiling pavilion inspired by traditional Balinese architecture. The roof is built with exposed solid hardwood beams and follow the ancient Balinese methods of joining and design. Split level and floored with beautiful hardwood, the area flows seamlessly and brings the tropical garden into the space by the clever architectural design of the interrupted walls.
The Pavilion is aligned along the length of the pool so whether you are relaxing on the huge L shaped sofa, dining with family and friends or grabbing a cool drink from the open plan kitchen, you’re only a step away from the inviting water.
The Lounge is the lower space and has a built in 43 inch plasma screen , a hard drive of over 100 HD movies, DVD player and 70 channels of satellite TV to entertain. Gorgeous red palms envelop the bronze cast of Shiva which at night is lit from beneath to offer an artful backdrop to the fan cooled scene .
Two wide steps lead to the raised dining area. The dining table is hand crafted from massive teak wood and seats up to 10 guests on carved teak wood dining chairs. At the table head, the backdrop of tropical palms again compliment the bronze cast of Vishnu and the view over the pool completes the setting.
The Modern kitchen is supplied with all the items you may need to whip up a treat, or you may simply decide to enjoy the services of our private chef for an evening or two.
